"When our furnace stopped working, we called Parry Sound Fabrication and Nick responded right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. With a temporary repair, he had our heat running again in no time. We needed further repair due to a malfunctioning part which was under warranty. Nick researched what steps were needed for the warranty replacement, followed them, and got the part for us. He went out of his way to keep the labour portion of the repair as low as possible. The service was outstanding. I’ll definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs!"
